Heroes accompany the player during their travels, for better or for worse. While the Heroes all share the same base attack speed of 1 attack every 2 seconds and the same damage per level/tier, each has their own unique bonus which should be taken into account when setting their battle formation. They gain levels by being trained or by feeding them Food 
. Their effectiveness can also be increased via Infinity Points, Achievement upgrades and Gauntlet skills.
